Several Chinese participants, worried that they have not been permitted to attend the conference, have asked us for a letter of invitation. I want to clarify: you do not need a letter of invitation to attend the conference. If you registered, you are invited and fully welcome to attend. And all registered participants will receive all meals and, if you are outside of Beijing, transportation and room. If you requested a room and there is someone that you wish to room with, please let us know your roommate preference (send request to ekc2@students.calvin.edu). Otherwise, we will assign roommates. Students who have been invited to participate in the pre-conference seminar have already been assigned roommates.
